My name is Christine-Yvonne Linsenmeier, and I’m a Good Mood Coach with extensive life and professional experience. I’m an open, creative, enthusiastic, and vibrant person who enjoys connecting with others and has years of experience working with clients both in Germany and abroad.
With my Good Mood Coaching…
My job as a tour guide and the many encounters I’ve had with people from different countries have greatly influenced and shaped me. I have had the opportunity to travel to 68 countries and have a cosmopolitan, multicultural outlook; I can adapt to country-specific customs and work with different mentalities and people of various nationalities without prejudice.
In my last job at the Elbe Werkstätten, I supported the organization and implementation of social skills training and greatly valued the systematic observation and documentation of the rehabilitation process and the personal development of the individuals.
Coaching is particularly important in a wide variety of situations—for example, when important decisions are pending, when you need to be in a good mood, when your professional livelihood is at risk, when you need help, or even just someone who will listen to you and stand by your side with advice and support. My coaching offers the opportunity to overcome a personal crisis to one’s own satisfaction. I see the glass as half full and am always in a good mood, because for me, a day without a smile is a day wasted. I can pass this on to others.
My professional experience in a wide variety of jobs—as a tour guide, office manager, personal assistant, vocational support specialist in a workshop for people with disabilities, credit manager, pharmacy assistant, and many more—along with the countless encounters with people from diverse cultures and my travels around the world—have shaped me into the person I am today:
A Good Mood Coach with the life motto: “good vibes only”
I am very proud to have worked and lived in the USA, Maryland, as an au pair at the age of 18, taking on responsibility for three children and a Golden Retriever for one year. This experience had a profound impact on my life and I highly recommend it to every young person. I also lived in Melbourne, Australia for one year, which also had a profound impact on me, and I am very grateful for that experience.
I had the opportunity and am proud to have worked at renowned companies such as NDR, Airbus, Haufe Verlag, KPMG, Marriott Hotel, Nicole Weber Public Relations, and Intrepid Travel, which allowed me to gain valuable professional experience in a wide variety of fields. But deep down, I always felt and knew that I wanted to work for myself.
Through my life experiences and my ability to connect with people, I realized that the profession of coach is my absolute dream job, which I can pursue with all my heart, being as authentic and empathetic as I am. I see this talent for working with people as a gift from God, one that I can fully utilize in this wonderful profession.
And when my clients show me their gratitude, I know it was the right decision, because it fulfills me deeply to help people and see them happy and in good spirits.
Because at the end of the day, we shape our own journey.
